Signs of Spring (& easter egg hunt) in pictures...

Happy Easter!!!

"But God raised him from the dead, freeing him from the agony of death, because it was impossible for death to keep its hold on him." Acts 2:24

"For we know that since Christ was raised from the dead, he cannot die again; death no longer has mastery over him."  Romans 6:9

"The resurrection means the death of Jesus was enough - enough to atone for sin, enough to reconcile us to God, enough to present us holy in God's presence.  Christ won; sin, and the Devil lost - that's the good news of the empty tomb.  His death was enough, and so he lives.  And so do we." - DeYoung

Overwhelming gift of grace!

New Orleans Mother/Daughter Weekend

On March 14th - 18th my Mom, Sister, and I went on a Mother/Daughter trip to New Orleans and we had a ball!  I'm SO blessed by my family!!!!  It's been several years since we've been on a girls trip because our motherly duties have been requiring much of us;)  So over New Years we finally got serious and decided on New Orleans for March!

It was such a treat to get away from normal life for a few days and enjoy time with 2 of my favorite women in a fun city.  We had a great time!  Here are some pictures from our trip....
