Myrtle Beach week

This week in Myrtle Beach is one of the biggest weeks of the year for Jeremy and his ministry.  Many things take place during this week.  We get time with the Summer LINK team there, we connect with Cornerstone Church (one of our partnering churches), Jeremy facilitates a seminary class for the Generation LINK staff, and all the staff and students that are going to the different Summer LINK locations gather for a briefing.  So as the week goes on more and more people arrive.  Needless to say it's a busy week!  But it's also an exciting week to see all the months of planning (especially for Jeremy & Jenna) come to fruition!

For the kids and I the week also means a lot of beach and pool time and thankfully a lot of family time!  The first few days my parents were there and then the latter part of the week Jeremy's family was there.  Jon, Leigh, and their kids lived right next door so that was fun to get time with them!
The kids and I drove to MB with my parents from the lake.  We met Jeremy there.  Kind of nice not to drive (thanks Dad)!

I always love getting time with Miranda (her husband is the pastor at Cornerstone)

I enjoyed good time with Leigh!

So very proud of my husband!  Always amazed by his visions becoming reality!

And then we headed HOME after a great week!

Staff Cookout & Clemson Baseball

This past Wednesday evening was our annual Crosspoint Staff cookout followed by (for those who can and want to) the Clemson baseball game.  We love our church and we are so blessed with a great staff team!  It is a joy to gather together for fellowship!  It was so fun to have Gray and his boys there too (Brandy and Sarala are out of town...missed them!).

We had fun sitting with the Watson family at the baseball game.
