Clemson vs. Furman

 Once a football season we try to all get to a football game.  Our family isn't quite to the stage where it's fun for all:)  So this particular Saturday was the day.  Thankfully we were given tickets so we didn't have to purchase any.  We stayed until half time and headed home. 

 Jeremy's sister, Allyson, was also there with her kiddos so it was fun to see them!

First Friday Parade & a sweet visit with friends

 We had a good (albeit short) visit with Jeremy & Dara Adams and their 2 kids Olivia & Boone.  They are on staff with Campus Crusade for Christ in Slovakia.  Dara and I became good friends when we lived in Slovakia for 2 years.  It's still still so surreal to me that I get to see her occasionally when they come to the States and that she is getting ready to have her 3rd baby!  It was so fun being around her sweet kids and getting to know them a little.

I've been slack on uploading my pictures from my camera.  I just realized that I didn't blog about this!  So back in August Jon & Leigh were in South Carolina with their kiddos for a visit and we had a fun gathering with Papa & Nana & the Elliotts.  Here are some pictures from our time together.  Just missing Amy!

Happy Birthday Jeremy!

To celebrate Jeremy's birthday this year we went up to Asheville for a night....without the kids;)  We are so thankful to Papa & Nana watching all the kids for us to get away.  It was so fun and came at a good time for us.  This is always a very busy time of year as things start back up with church and college ministry.  So it was good to get away and get refreshed and spend time together.

I love you so much Jeremy Chasteen!  I'm a blessed woman to be your wife!  I'm so thankful for your walk with the Lord, your leadership, your faithfulness, your patience, your fun-loving personality, your friendship, and your faithfulness to our family.  You are a godly man and I consider it an honor to follow you and celebrate your life!  Happy Birthday babe!
